The Twin City Opera House
The Twin City Opera House sits on the McConnelsville village square. It was
built in 1890, and has operated continuously since its grand opening in 1892.
The theater screens recent films each weekend and hosts many other live events.

About 10 minutes away, the Miners' Memorial Park
honors the achievements of the men and women who mined coal in this region for
many decades. A keystone installation at the park is the giant 220-cubic-yard
240-ton bucket from "Big Muskie," the largest dragline ever built.
Ohio Valley Opry
Do you enjoy country, gospel and bluegrass music? Then the Ohio Valley Opry is
the place for you! Regular shows are held the third Saturday of each month at
the Twin City Opera House. Doors open at 6:00 pm and shows start at 7:00.
