PHASE 1

The first and crucial phase is to install an elevator form the basement to the second floor. This elevator is critical for moving building material, displays, staff, and visitors. The estimated cost of the elevator installation is $154,000.

PHASE 2

The second phase would renovate the second floor as the main display space, including installing insulation, finished walls and ceiling, fire and security systems, electrical and HVAC for an estimated $114,000.

PHASE 3

The third phase would re-purpose the first floor into a performance, temporary exhibit, and meeting  venue as well as expanding the available exhibit area. This will involve installing a larger kitchen/break room, and a mechanical maintenance closet. The estimated cost of the first floor renovation is $21,000
